This Powerpoint presentation by Paul Hultin, ESQ, of Wheeler, Trigg and Kennedy, exposes some weaknesses of electronic voting systems and some of the political corruption they resulted from. Mr. Hultin was lead counsel for plaintiffs in the 2006 Conroy v Dennis US District Court Case. Mr. Hultin also served as one of eleven members of the Colorado Election Reform Commission.
